Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&C") set out the conditions of use by the user (hereinafter referred to as "User") of the services available on the website alkossegyedit.hu (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider"). Technical information necessary for using the website, not included in these T&C, is provided on the website itself. By using the website, the User acknowledges and accepts the provisions of these T&C.

The language of contracts, invoices, orders, confirmation emails, and the website is Hungarian.

2. Activities Conducted on the Website
Online sale of ceramic mugs, puzzles, T-shirts, and gift items with custom graphics, as well as customized services.
All our products are made to order; we do not maintain inventory for immediate purchase.

3. Products and Services Available for Purchase

Prices include VAT but exclude shipping. No packaging fee. Service Provider not liable for clearly incorrect prices.

4. Terms of Use
4.1 Liability: User uses the website at their own risk. Service Provider is not responsible for user conduct or damages except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
4.2 Copyright: All content is protected. Unauthorized copying or use incurs a daily fine of 30,000 HUF/domain.

5. General Provisions
Hungarian law applies. Service Provider may modify terms unilaterally. Changes published 11 days in advance.

6. Registration / Purchase
Purchase requires registration. User selects products, adds to cart, confirms delivery and payment method.
Available payment options include:
- In person
- Online card payment via Barion
- Shipping costs vary; user bears the cost. Extra services (secure packaging, image check, priority production) available for a fee.

7. Right of Withdrawal
User has 14 days to withdraw from the contract without justification. Withdrawal form must be sent via email/post.
Returned items must be received within 14 days of notification. Return costs borne by the consumer.

7.1 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
No right of withdrawal for:
- Custom-made items per user's request
- Opened sealed goods for hygiene
- Perishables
- Audio/video/software if packaging opened
- Items mixed inseparably after delivery
- Digital content not on tangible media after performance starts with consent

8. Warranty
8.1 Implied Warranty: Valid for 2 years for consumer contracts, 1 year for business.
8.2 Product Warranty: Applies to manufacturing defects. Valid for 2 years from market release.
8.3 Guarantee: Required for goods over 10,000 HUF. 1-year term. Parallel rights not claimable simultaneously.

8.5 Complaints
Complaints may be submitted via the same contact info. Oral complaints resolved immediately if possible. If not, written records kept for 5 years. Complaints responded within 30 days.

9. Miscellaneous
Service Provider may change prices and terms at any time. Changes apply only to future transactions.
